| Resumen: | Con el objetivo de conocer el efecto post ingesta de "Coca Cola dietética" (endulzada con aspartame) vía oral, sobre la variación de la curva de la glicemia en pacientes diabéticos tipo 2 adecuadamente controlados con dieta y ejercicios ingerieoron dicha bebida a un volúmen de 500ml. en una sola toma. Para determinar la glicemia se usó el método colorimétrico enzimático de Wiener y se tomó muestras a los 120 minutos después de ingerir las bebidad referidas. La curva glicémica, durante el tiempo de evacuación respecto a la basal, tuvo valores P 0.30 - 0.20 a los minutos llegándose a concluir que la "Coca Cola dietética" no altera la curva.
