Resumen: | Se llevo a cabo un estudio retrospectivo de 270 pacientes que ingresaron al Servicio de Alto Riesgo del Hospital Maternidad de Lima entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre de 1990, con el diagnostico de Segundigesta cesareada anterior. Se seleccionaron dos grupos, el primero, con las que lograron un parto vaginal, y el otro de las sometidas a cesárea iterativa. Se obtuvo una tasa de éxito de parto vaginal de 55.3% y 66 pacientes fueron reintervenidas sin causa aparente. El diagnostico más frecuente para ambos grupos fue el de rotura prematura de membranas, y las complicaciones puerperales fueron significativamente más frecuentes en el grupo de las reintervenidas. (AU)^iesA retrospective study on 270 patients that were admitted on the High Risk Service of the Hospital Maternidad de Lima was carried out between January 1 and December 31, 1990 with a diagnostic of Segundigesta cesarean previously. Two groups were selected, the first, those with a vaginal delivery, and the other with iterative cesarean section. A rare of 55.3% on successfull vaginal delivery was obtained, and 66 patients were re-operated without apparent reason. The mast frequent diagnosis in both groups was premature rupture of membranes, and the puerperal complications were greater in the group of re-operated patients. (AU)^ien.
